Myla is a six-year-old golden retriever that enjoys spending time in the water. It doesn’t matter if it’s a lake or a pool – as long as there’s water, this lovely pup will enjoy it.
Myla’s father, Jacob, claims that getting to swim around the pool isn’t the only thing that draws her to the water. The cooling sensation she gets from sitting in the pool is what keeps her there, and when she’s through with it, she’ll set up shop nearby and continue relaxing. She’s definitely a laid-back pup.
Myla is always aware of when her family is going swimming. She would grab her tennis ball and sprint towards the door anytime she saw them in their bathing suits or reaching for their beach towels, according to Jacob. Myla is always up for a swim, no matter what day it is.
Jacob used to play fetch with Myla in the pool, throwing her a ball and watching her swim around the pool to recover it. She mainly only swims to play fetch, according to Jacob.
When fun has ended, though, Myla goes to her favorite area in the house and then takes more time relaxing.
She’d swim back to the pool’s steps, where she’d happily sit with her tennis ball. Myla feels very calm whenever she does this, and she frequently drifts off to dreamland. Jacob and his family find it humorous to witness Myla fall asleep in the pool. As a result, Jacob decided to share a video of Myla dozing off in the pool on Twitter.
Jacob noted in the caption of his Instagram post that he and his family would catch Myla sleeping in the water every day.
The post about Myla was liked over 30,000 times, which amused many who viewed it. Myla is completely unaware of her unexpected internet celebrity status, and she probably doesn’t care because she is too busy napping.
Myla falls asleep in the pool with the tennis ball in her mouth almost everyday. She catches herself rocking to her right here, but the best is when her nose hits the water as she falls asleep.🤣 Dogs, bruh.@TheGoldenRatio4 @GoldretrieverUS @RexChapman @dog_rates @dog_feelings pic.twitter.com/NAxzTbGnws
