No sane dog owner wants to see their dog trapped in a small area with no room to move. Unfortunately, one Korean man experienced this nightmare when his dog got stuck in a crevice of a large rock formation inside a forest. He had almost lost hope until a miracle happened that prevented the worst-case scenario.
It has been a week since the man’s dog had been stuck in a narrow crack that left it unable to move. According to the man, his dog Chorong was out hunting but fell into the crack. The owner could never have predicted such a disaster to occur.
Some factors made any rescue attempt extremely complicated. The surrounding rock formation was fragile. This means that if they try to break apart the rocks, the structure could collapse and bury the dog. They had to execute a precise extraction if they wanted to get Chorong out alive.
During the rescue operation, the owner couldn’t help but become emotional. Tears fell from the owner’s eyes as he contemplated the possibility of him losing his dog. However, just as this was happening, a miracle happened out of the blue.
Chorong reappeared near the crevice’s entrance. This allowed the owner to grab the dog and pull her out slowly. The last time they checked, she was deep inside the crevice. No one knew how she managed to squeeze out of the position she was stuck in.
After the extraction, the owner immediately rushed Chorong to an animal hospital. The veterinarians reported that she has no serious injury, only light scratches on her skin. Furthermore, since she has been stuck in one position for a long time, her body got stiff. Fortunately, Chorong could easily regain her full range of motion through exercise.
